Shipping Terms & Conditions

WHAT SHIPMENT MEANS:

All documents or parcels that travel under one airwaybill are referred to as a shipment. You certify that the shipment information is correct and full.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

You designate us as your Customs clearance and entry agent, and you certify Aipex Worldwide as consignee exclusively for the purpose of designating a Customs Broker to complete Customs clearance and entry.

SHIPMENT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

We do not accept any shipments that are forbidden by IATA (International Air Transport Associations) or ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).

INSPECTION AND CHARGE:

You accept that we have the right to open and inspect a package at any time for any reason. We charge according to the actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

IF YOU HAVE ASKED US TO BILL THE RECEIVER OR A THIRD PARTY:

If the receiver or a third party fails to pay, you agree to pay all shipment charges, as well as destination duties and taxes, for these Shipments.

CLAIMS:

If you want to file a claim for a missing (or misdelivered) or damaged package. You must submit your claim in writing. We must receive your claim within 24 hours of the day your Shipments was received at the destination.

EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY:

Our liability for any loss or damage to any Shipments, whatever caused, is restricted to the lowest of these three amounts: - $50 USD, OR the exact amount of any loss or harm you have sustained or value of the package.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS:

We will make every reasonable attempt to deliver your shipment in accordance with our standard delivery timetables, but they are not guaranteed and are not part of any contract. Any delays are not our responsibility.

CIRCUMSTANCE BEYOND OUR CONTROL:

We will not be held liable if a Shipments is lost, damaged, or misdelivered due to events beyond our control. All Shipments under the airwaybill is transported at the risk of the owner, as are acts of God such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, and floods. Any flaw or attribute related to the nature of the shipment, even if known to us when we accept it, due to force majeure, such as war, plane disaster, or embargo. Any action or omission by anybody other than Aipex Worldwide, such as the shipper, receiver, third-party Customs or other government officials, Postal Service, other carrier, or other third-party who we contract to serve regions that we do not directly serve. Even if the sender did not request or are aware of a third-party arrangement, we are not responsible. We are also not responsible for damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic pictures or recordings due to electrical or magnetic interference.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:

We are not responsible for the following, whether they arise out of a contract or any other legal action, including negligence, and even if they are our fault. Damages or losses that are incidental or unique Other types of indirect loss Other contracts have been broken. Loss of income, earnings, interest, markets, and contract use are examples of consequential damages or losses. The Warsaw Convention may apply if the transit of a shipment involves an eventual destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure. Our liability for loss or damage to such shipments is governed by the convention, which in most situations further limits our liability. Aipex Worldwide Reserves the right to place a lien on any shipment until all Aipex Worldwide dues, including freight octroi, tariffs, service tax, taxes, and other fees, are paid in full. To recover all outstanding debts, Aipex Worldwide maintains the right to sell the shipper's goods.

Extra Charges:

According to government regulations, all consignments are subject to an 18% Goods and Service Tax. Charges are based on the higher of actual weight or volumetric. Flight connections and customs clearance affect delivery times.

The ordinary terms and conditions of the trade, as indicated on the reverse of the Airways Bill, apply to this proposal. If your address changes, you will be charged INR700.00.

If the consignee's customs clearance charges are not paid, the consigner is responsible for them. Aipex Worldwide will not accept liquids, contraband materials, or IATA banned articles. For non-Dox shipments, proper documentation, declarations, and invoices must be provided. The above tariffs are subject to change if the airlines increase their air or Shipments charges without prior notice.
